About us

We are cacao farmers and chocolate makers.
Our dark-chocolate bars are 100% sourced from
our farm.

We’re a small 4.5 acre family ESTATE CHOCOLATE FARM located
near the historic town of Pahoa on the Big Island of Hawaii. We have 125 trees and the property has had no pesticides,
(using only natural farming methods) for over 30 years.

Our cacao trees were first planted in 2009 and we harvest the fruit by hand, ferment and dry the beans, then we put our chocolatier aprons on and make small batches of chocolate bars every few weeks.

Because of our small size and focus on making unique bars we only sell cacao nibs and chocolate bars
at our farm’s retail store after every farm tour.
